i.ACT, as an NGO, is a not-for-profit Charitable Trading Company. Incorporated and registered in England & Wales, Limited by Guarantee, and registered with the UK Charities Commission. Our charitable objectives include:

“To help young people towards responsible adulthood by encouraging valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct using flying and flying-related activities.”

In order to retain independence, the work of the i.ACT Executive is overseen by a Board of Trustees.
